Congress amend their "DANCING" of ChaCha October 2, 2011

Caustioned a congressman the Aquino adminstration allies in Congress because of benifit and possible return to the Palace, former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo through Character change (ChaCha).

Accourding to party-list Rep.Young Raymound "Mong" Palatino, although economic provisions only want Congress to amend their 'dancing' of ChaCha, nothing can keep the Congress to tamper with th epolitical provisions.

"When already here, nothing can prevent the congressmen and senators do not include the political provisions," said Palatinoes specially because by the Constituent Assembly (ConAss) would carry out the amendment in 1987 Constitutions.

This means that senator amendment to the contitution,but provided separate vote on the houses of congress.

Palatino warned that many other Arroyo allies in Congress even though allied to them in th administration bloc and still former chief allies in the Senate.

"Aquino was careful because when you can return  GMA changed the system of government.
