Cyclone Ramon,come tomorrow October 10, 2011

He said the tropical depression will pass at the Visayas and appear in Coron, Palawan on Friday.

In addition alleged rains strengthen the La Niña phenomenon and the inter-tropical convergence zone (ICTZ) now affecting Luzon and Visayas.

He said big chance to be fully storm the LPA in Mindanao based on numerical models and indeed Japan Meteorological Agency,one of this tropical depression.

"It appears to please all the numerical models that will storm him. Japan Meteorological Agency tpo tropical depression as he, so we expect based on our numerical forecast within 24 hours,the LPA will be tropical depression Ramon,so , open the correctly Surigao," Said Yumul.
