Appointed by President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III was Public Works Sec. Rogelio Singson as temporary water czar still pending while building super-body to govern the country's water supply.

President Spokesman said today Lacierda Edwin,besides ensuring an adequte supply of water to take a clean, well first be in Singson Flooding problems.

"We have to rationalizing because i there are so many agencies handling water issue right now,"said Lacierda.

The super-long body is currently composed of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA).

In earlier interviews, said the President to the super-body is coordinate with the concerned agencies like the Manila Waterworks and Sewerage System, National Irrigation Authority and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in the administration of the watersheds.
