Mikey Arroyo and wife, involved should be held in court October 4, 2011

The Department of Justice (DOJ) the tax evasion case filed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)against former presidential son and the Galing Pinoy Rep. Juan Miguel "Mikey" Arroyo and wife Angela Montenegro Arroyo for not paying taxes since 2004 to 2009.

Based on the DOJ resolution, utterly devoid of probable cause the case so the courtought to raise the complaint.

BIR also charged the couple of P73.85 million as the aggregate tax for their unpaid taxes.

It appears the investigation of the BIR that the Arroyo couple have owned home in America, the La Vista Subdivision in Quezon City and Angeles City, Pampanga.

A one -time tax paid also said Angela and it was in 2004 despite the declaration that they have assets.

Both Moikey and Angela 37 more charged in under the Run After Tax (RATE) program of the BIP.
