Antonio Margarito, given a boxing license in New York November 23, 2011

NEW YORK - Rematch will be made by WBA super welterweight champion Miguel Cotto and former welterweight champion Antonio Margarito.

New York State Athletic Commission requested Margarito's boxing license.

Earlier, Margarito ended abruptly with his practice for the upcoming fight with Cotto.
